It boasts a fine gooseneck spout for controlled pouring and is fashioned from stainless steel. It will heat water to 88℃ in 220 seconds. You will benefit from precise control over water temperature as you can adjust the target temperature (40-100℃). You can view the actual and target temperature courtesy of the clear display and this kettle also features boil-dry protection.
Use this sleek and stylish kettle for pour-over coffee, AeroPresses, portable espresso makers, French presses and Chemex brewers. For pour-over, the water temp of 90-92℃ is recommended for medium roasted beans, 92-96℃ for lightly roasted beans, and 85-90℃ for deep-roasted beans.
